By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• AI image generation services
• 2D to 3D model conversion services
• Work display and sharing features
• User account management
• Coin reward system

Using our services requires creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Protect account security and not share login credentials with others
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Promptly notify us of any security breaches

When using our services, you must not:

Prohibited Activities

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate laws and regulations
• Generate harmful, defamatory, harassing, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or copyright
• Send spam or engage in malicious marketing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack our services

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content to provide services.

AI Generated Content

You own the usage rights to images generated through our platform.

You may use generated images for commercial purposes, but must comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Platform Content

We retain ownership of the platform itself, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

We offer both free and paid services. Regarding paid services:

• Prices may change, and we will notify you in advance
• Subscription fees are charged monthly
• Generally no refunds are provided, except in special circumstances
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We reserve the right to modify service content and pricing

Our coin system rules are as follows:

• Earn coins through subscriptions, activities, or purchases
• Coins are used for AI image generation and other paid features
• Coins may have expiration date restrictions
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We may need to perform regular maintenance, during which services may be temporarily unavailable.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.

Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate material.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract under applicable law.

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.

We may terminate your account for violating terms or other reasons.

After termination, you will lose access to your account and related data.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. For users outside of China, local consumer protection laws may apply.

Any disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through online arbitration or the competent courts in your jurisdiction, as permitted by local law.

For international users, we recognize and respect local data protection and consumer rights laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
